30- September           Knock and Keep Knocking

Psalm 138:3     In the day when I called, You answered me; and You strengthened me with strength (might and inflexibility to temptation) in my inner self. (AMP)

After all the victories God handed him, you might think King David would have been totally confident, maybe even a bit cocky. Yet David always had the good sense to involve God in everything he was doing. His pattern was always to call on God, expecting His response to be favorable, and then go out with the expectation of a conquest. So often in a job search we become exhausted and frustrated, and we allow fatigue to overwhelm us. If that’s you, stop!

Don’t run yourself out of gas. Call on God. Ask for strength to go through another day of searching. Expect to be strengthened, and expect to receive the might and the power you need to conquer the employment market.

DECLARE THIS:
• I call on the Lord for help and He strengthens me.
• By faith I know that God will always hear me and He will always help. He never fails.
• I expect to receive the strength and might that I need every day.
