1 John 4:17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.
We have been designed just like Christ. We’re called to behave just like Christ on this earth. There will be a day of judgment on this earth but we’ll only be there as spectators. Why? Because we have been made perfect, complete and righteous in Christ, who now dwells within us. We can start practicing for that day now. The greed, selfishness and pride at the foundations of so many businesses and institutions are already bringing judgment upon them. But we don’t need to participate in that either. We can walk in love and integrity wherever we are called to serve. As systems crash around us we will stand firm in our identity in Christ and be unshaken by what we see around us.
DECLARE THIS:
• I am not moved by what I see or what I hear. I am bold in Christ.
• By faith I receive my identity — as Jesus is, so am I in this world.
• I am created in the image of God to bring His Kingdom on earth.
