11-November Ask Expecting Results
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
You have faith enough to please God and to accomplish His Word in your life. Lacking the sufficient amount of faith to get the promise or blessing is not the problem. We have each been given “the measure of faith” that it takes to get started. If you’re a parent you might remember how excited you were watching your child’s first steps, cheering as if they deserved an Olympic medal. That’s God, watching as we put our baby faith to work.
For example, His Word says that we will have favor, so we use our faith to believe that our call will be answered by the hiring manager and not blocked by a secretary. Lo and behold, the manager answers! That’s how it goes, one faith step at a time, always based on the Word. Expect to be rewarded.
DECLARE THIS:
• I have been given the faith required to do great things.
• By faith I believe that my faith will grow as I exercise it.
• I have faith in the name of Jesus and it does all the heavy lifting for me.
