12-October Ask For First Things First
Ephesians 1:17-19 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, (NKJV)
Once again it’s time to focus on first things first. And here comes the foundational message one more time — Jesus is our starting place. Indeed, a true revelation of God is really all we will ever need, and it’s freely available. God wants to give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation. How will this wisdom and revelation come to us? “In the knowledge of Him.” No wonder God says to seek the Kingdom (and the King!) first.
Every good thing is waiting for you in Him. Go ahead and ask for your eyes to be opened to see Him and to fully comprehend what He has already done for you. In these uncertain times, wouldn’t a solid understanding and confidence in God be valuable?
DECLARE THIS:
• I rule and reign in Jesus, the Anointed One.
• I receive enlightened eyes and the revelation of all that I have in Christ.
• There is no power on earth equal to the power I have in Christ Jesus.
