11-October       Ask Expecting Results

Matthew 11:18-20   For John didn’t spend his time eating and drinking, and you say, ‘He’s possessed by a demon.’ The Son of Man, on the other hand, feasts and drinks, and you say, ‘He’s a glutton and a drunkard, and a friend of tax collectors and other sinners!’ But wisdom is shown to be right by its results.” (NLT)

No one will believe that God desires to prosper His children if they see you living in lack. No one will want to follow our God if He can’t help His children find job or get their bills paid. If we appear to be as frantic and panicky as everyone else, how is that a reflection of the “peace that passes understanding which is supposed to be a hallmark of Christian life?  If we want anyone to believe that the one true God is perfect love, we’re going to have to prove it.

Jesus says that “wisdom is shown to be right by its results.” We’re supposed to be followed by signs and wonders. Tell God that’s what you want. And be assured that God doesn’t want us showing no results either! So ask Him to use you as a poster child for the Kingdom and to show Himself strong in your life.

DECLARE THIS:
• I reveal the power of the God I serve by manifesting His blessing and favor in my life.
• By faith I receive God’s wisdom, and the results show in my life.
• God’s reputation rests with me. I cannot fail.
